Q. I want to re-download a game I purchased!
A. Email us using this help request form. Give the email
and name you used while purchasing the game, and we will send you a new download link. Be
sure to give a valid email address in the form, else we won't be able to reply to you.
Q. I bought a game from you, and I have not received your email.
A. Most common reasons for this problem are listed below:
- You gave an incorrect email address when you bought the game. Double check the
email address you give us!
- Some spam filters get confused by the license code and block it as spam.
- Sometimes your ISP may block our emails for some silly reasons!
Please email us with your order details, giving an alternate email address
(such as a Yahoo or Gmail address) and then we will contact you on that address.

A. Most common reasons for this problem are listed below:

Q. Natwarlal is beating me all the time! How do I make it weaker?
A. Reduce the time for which Natwarlal can think. Go to options->general and make sure
that 'Auto Flag' is unchecked. Also uncheck 'Ponder next move'. Go to Options->Time Control
and set the time control to 40 moves in 1 minute or 80 moves in 1 minute. Natwarlal will
now play much faster but also much weaker. There are other possibilities, but for that
you will have to read the readme that came with Natwarlal.
Q. I get choppy & slow performance!
A. This usually happens because your computer does not meet the
minimum system requirements. Or maybe some other software is running in
the background, and consuming the CPU power. Close those programs and
try again. If the problem is still there then email us.
